About Our Webinar Host: Steve Murley is a leadership consultant, coach, and former superintendent with more than 30 years of experience in PK12 education. As a superintendent, he led school districts in Green Bay, Iowa City, and Wausau, guiding large-scale initiatives including strategic planning, facilities development, and system-wide innovation. Steve has also served in higher education, preparing future school leaders, most recently on faculty at the University of Iowa. Today, as Managing Partner of sfm consulting group, he works with districts nationwide on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and community engagement. Steve facilitates national superintendent programs and holds multiple certifications in coaching, adaptability, and leadership assessment.
